  Reading #82 is part of a series of works with the female figure in the act of reading.  I focus on the figure and it's relationship to the background. And In the process, make it a complete painting.  That's why the face of the figures are subdued.  Almost all of these images this year come from everyday people here in Chicago on their lunch breaks.
