Reader #45

I continually try to find a way to make all my paintings look loose and fresh.  And in the meantime, if I can make the process go faster, even better.  This particular painting is a student who goes to college downtown.  She is catching up on her reading before she went to class.

    I bought this... ! Lovely isn't she?!

    The form, especially the legs are exquisite...

    I look and smile at her every evening before retiring...

    Such a pick me up especially on these cold wintry nights in deepest Wales.
