Reader #10

Another painting from a scene in NYC Washington Square.  I like to pull lights out of darks and vice versa. In this particular scene, the subject is being watched without them knowing.  An example of an urban genre painting.

    Great painting Darren. Love your style of brushwork. I also like the background because it makes you focus in on the subject.
