Two People #4 is part of a series depicting two people interacting in conversation.  This particular scene came from walking by a diner in downtown Chicago during lunch.  The lunch crowd is interesting because people are trying to socialize, date, and work all at the same time.

Cityscape #24 is a late summer afternoon on Wabash Avenue.  The sun is setting and creating these long cast shadows under the el tracks.  The long cast shadows create diagonals against the horizontal and vertical grid of buildings and streets.
